We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Valenzuela Books. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
